About Me

What Guides My Work: It is a privilege to walk alongside people as they explore their inner worlds. My approach is grounded in curiosity, compassion, and the belief that meaningful healing begins with feeling seen, heard, and understood. Together, we may explore the stories that have shaped you—from your personal experiences to the patterns and histories carried through families and generations—when they feel relevant to your journey.

I believe we can hold many truths at once, that our responses often make sense in the context of what we've lived through, and that humor has an important place in the healing process. You can expect me to show up with authenticity, warmth, and my full presence. Above all, I believe the therapeutic relationship itself is one of the most powerful sources of healing, and I strive to create a space where you feel safe to explore, grow, and reconnect with yourself.
